Trump Media to Launch ‘Truth Predict’ Markets on Truth Social With Crypto.com Partnership

Trump Media & Technology Group (NASDAQ: DJT), the parent company of former President Donald Trump’s Truth Social platform, announced plans to integrate on-app prediction markets through a partnership with Crypto.com’s U.S.-registered derivatives arm.

The feature, dubbed Truth Predict, will allow users to wager on outcomes of real-world events — including U.S. elections, Federal Reserve policy decisions, sports, and commodity prices — via a CFTC-registered exchange operated by Crypto.com’s derivatives unit.

If fully launched, Truth Social would become the first social platform to host native, regulated prediction markets, marking a strategic expansion of Trump Media beyond social media into fintech and digital asset products.

Trump Media shares gained 4.4% in premarket trading Tuesday, while Crypto.com’s CRO token rose 4.9% over the past 24 hours.

“Our goal is to give users tools that transform free speech into actionable foresight,” said Trump Media CEO Devin Nunes, highlighting the company’s ambition to merge engagement with market-based forecasting. Trump Media recently reported over $3 billion in assets and achieved its first quarter of positive cash flow since going public.

The company said beta testing for Truth Predict will begin soon. Users will also earn in-app rewards — called “Truth Gems” — for activity across Truth Social and its streaming service, Truth+, with the option to convert them into CRO tokens to participate in prediction markets.

Crypto.com CEO Kris Marszalek said the collaboration aims to make prediction markets accessible to a mainstream audience by combining “social expression with financial insight.”

The rollout will start in the U.S., with international expansion planned pending regulatory approval. Trump Media also hinted at broader digital asset initiatives, including a CRO-based treasury product tied to its pending SPAC merger with Yorkville Acquisition Corp.

The move positions Truth Predict in direct competition with established platforms like Polymarket and Kalshi, which have drawn significant institutional interest in 2025.
