U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $730.8 million in combined net inflows on September 3, led by BlackRock’s IBIT with $454 million. The fund accounted for more than 60% of the total inflows reported across the group.
The figures offer a fund-by-fund snapshot of investor activity during the trading session. However, daily ETF flow data can be revised when delayed reports are received, meaning the numbers should be viewed as tracker figures rather than necessarily final totals.
IBIT Leads Bitcoin ETF Inflows
BlackRock’s IBIT was the clear leader among spot Bitcoin ETFs on September 3, with its $454 million inflow far exceeding the other products.
ARK 21Shares’ ARKB posted the second-largest inflow at $137.7 million, followed by Fidelity’s FBTC with $74.4 million. Combined, the three ETFs accounted for the overwhelming majority of the day’s positive flows.
Other products also attracted fresh capital. Grayscale’s Bitcoin Mini Trust, listed as BTC by the tracker, brought in $48.8 million. Bitwise’s BITB recorded $24.8 million, while Grayscale’s GBTC added $8.2 million. Morgan Stanley’s MSBT received another $7.7 million.
Not all funds benefited from the buying activity. VanEck’s HODL registered a $19.6 million net outflow, while WisdomTree’s BTCW lost $5.2 million.
Meanwhile, Franklin’s EZBC, Invesco Galaxy’s BTCO and CoinShares’ BRRR recorded no net flow for the session, according to the tracker.
Bitcoin ETF Demand Remains Uneven
IBIT’s dominant contribution is a key factor behind the $730.8 million industry-wide total. While the combined figure points to strong demand for spot Bitcoin ETFs, the individual results show that much of the capital was concentrated in a handful of products.
The September 3 figures also represent only one trading session. Bitcoin ETF flows can change considerably from day to day, with strong inflows sometimes followed by significant redemptions. Longer-term trends therefore provide a more useful measure of persistent investor demand.
For the latest session, the main takeaways are the $730.8 million combined inflow, IBIT’s more-than-60% share and the contrasting performance among individual funds. The reported figures could also change as outstanding fund reports are incorporated.
Coinfuty’s tracker records daily creations and redemptions, total net assets, Bitcoin held in trust and premiums or discounts to net asset value. According to the platform, its data are updated once each U.S. trading day. A dash in the tracker can indicate that a fund has not yet reported its figures, rather than confirming zero flows.
