Donald Trump’s Social Platform Truth Social Eyes Spot Bitcoin ETF Launch

Trump-Linked Truth Social Targets Bitcoin ETF Launch via NYSE Arca Filing

Truth Social could soon have its own spot Bitcoin ETF on the market.

On Tuesday, NYSE Arca filed a 19b-4 form with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to list a proposed Truth Social Bitcoin ETF—tied to the social media platform founded by Donald Trump.

The ETF would be issued by Yorkville America Digital, a crypto asset manager partnered with Trump Media & Technology Group. According to the filing, digital asset custody would be handled by Foris DAX Trust, known for its role in securing Crypto.com’s holdings.

While the 19b-4 filing initiates the SEC’s review process, a separate S-1 registration form must still be submitted by the issuer before the product can go to market.

If approved, the Truth Social Bitcoin ETF would join a growing list of spot bitcoin funds—but with the added twist of political branding, potentially appealing to both crypto traders and Trump supporters.
