Ark Invest Scoops Up $21.2M in Bullish Stock and Adds $16.2M in Robinhood Shares

Ark Invest Expands Bullish and Robinhood Stakes With Fresh Buys Worth Over $37M

Cathie Wood’s Ark Invest continued ramping up its crypto-related exposure this week, adding to positions in both Bullish (BLSH) and Robinhood (HOOD), according to the firm’s latest holdings update.

On Aug. 19, Ark’s flagship ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) acquired an additional 356,346 shares of crypto exchange operator Bullish, a purchase valued at approximately $21.2 million based on the day’s closing price of $59.51. The new allocation brings ARKK’s total Bullish holdings to 1,165,397 shares, worth roughly $73.85 million.

The move follows Ark’s initial investment in Bullish on its debut trading day, when the firm accumulated over 2.5 million shares across three ETFs, a stake then valued at more than $170 million.

Bullish is the parent company of CoinDesk.

In a parallel move, Ark also boosted its position in retail trading platform Robinhood (HOOD), acquiring 150,908 shares worth about $16.2 million at Tuesday’s closing price of $107.50. The firm has now added to its HOOD position for three consecutive trading sessions, following $14 million in purchases on Monday and $9 million on Friday.

Robinhood remains one of Ark’s most actively accumulated crypto-adjacent holdings, with the recent buying spree reflecting ongoing conviction in the broader digital asset ecosystem.
