Strategy Increases Bitcoin Holdings by 705 BTC, Surpassing $60B in Total Value

Strategy Boosts Bitcoin Reserves With $75M Purchase, Total Holdings Near $60B

Strategy (MSTR) has increased its already massive Bitcoin treasury, acquiring 705 BTC for approximately $75 million. The purchase, made at an average price of $106,495 per coin, brings the company’s total stash to 580,955 BTC.

This latest move reflects Strategy’s continued use of innovative financing mechanisms to grow its crypto balance sheet. The acquisition was funded through sales of preferred equity—specifically, 353,511 shares of STRK and 374,968 shares of STRF—raising $36.2 million and $38.4 million respectively between May 26 and June 1.

With Bitcoin trading just above $104,000, Strategy’s total bitcoin holdings are now worth around $60 billion, reinforcing its standing as the largest corporate holder of BTC worldwide. The company’s blended purchase price now sits at $70,023 per bitcoin.

This sustained accumulation signals Strategy’s long-term conviction in Bitcoin as a cornerstone of corporate finance and a hedge in a shifting macro environment.
