K33 Initiates Bitcoin Investment With First Purchase Under New Treasury Framework

K33 has taken its first step in executing its revamped treasury strategy by acquiring an initial 10 BTC, valued at approximately SEK 10 million ($1 million). This purchase is part of the company’s broader plan to allocate up to SEK 60 million ($6 million) towards bitcoin over the coming months.

According to CEO Torbjørn Bull Jenssen, the move reflects K33’s confidence in bitcoin’s potential as a leading asset. “Our strategy centers on increasing bitcoin exposure to support our long-term growth ambitions. This initial purchase marks the start of a significant accumulation effort aimed at holding a substantial position in bitcoin to complement our core business.”
