Capital B Acquires Additional 62 BTC, Year-to-Date Bitcoin Yield Tops 1,446%

Capital B (ALCPB), operating as The Blockchain Group and recognized as Europe’s first dedicated bitcoin treasury firm, has acquired an additional 62 BTC for approximately $7.13 million via its Luxembourg-based subsidiary.

The latest purchase brings the company’s total bitcoin holdings to 2,075 BTC, with an average acquisition price of $104,803 per coin. The acquisition was financed through a $7.48 million convertible bond issuance, fully subscribed by the Tobam Bitcoin Alpha Fund.

Year to date, Capital B has delivered a remarkable 1,446.3% BTC yield, translating to a net gain of approximately 578.5 BTC. The performance underscores the firm’s aggressive and focused treasury strategy, which prioritizes increasing bitcoin per fully diluted share over time.

The company continues to position itself as a leader in bitcoin-based financial structuring, leveraging capital markets tools to expand its BTC exposure in a disciplined, shareholder-aligned manner.

Following the announcement, Capital B’s shares rose 1% on Tuesday, pushing its year-to-date equity gain to 760%.
