KULR Grows Bitcoin Reserves to 610 BTC, Reports 167% Yield from BTC Assets

KULR Increases Bitcoin Holdings to 610 BTC, Achieves 167% BTC Yield

KULR Technology Group (KULR) has significantly expanded its bitcoin (BTC) portfolio, now holding 610.3 BTC, worth approximately $60 million.

The company made a strategic move, investing an additional $10 million to acquire more bitcoin at an average price of $103,905 per coin. This purchase is part of KULR’s broader bitcoin treasury strategy, which allocates up to 90% of its surplus cash reserves into bitcoin, a plan first outlined in December 2024.

In addition to the increased holdings, KULR reported a strong BTC Yield of 167.3% year-to-date. This performance reflects the company’s use of its surplus cash and its at-the-market (ATM) equity program to facilitate bitcoin acquisitions. The BTC Yield metric serves as a key performance indicator, measuring the growth of KULR’s bitcoin holdings relative to its fully diluted shares outstanding.

While shares of KULR saw a near 2% drop in premarket trading after a 28% rise the previous day, the company’s strategic bitcoin investments continue to strengthen its balance sheet.
